If the latest leak pans out, Apple’s next Pro phone could get a serious photography glow-up. We’re talking 8x zoom, a dedicated Pro camera app, and even a second camera button. Not all of it’s confirmed, but if it’s real, this might be the year Apple stops flirting with creators and finally commits. Zoom like a pro: A wild new rumor claims the iPhone 17 Pro could get up to 8x optical zoom, thanks to a moving lens element that enables continuous zoom. If that’s legit, it’s a big leap from the current 5x and a bold move toward pro camera territory. Pro app in the works: Apple’s reportedly developing a new camera app with manual controls rivaling Halide or Filmic Pro. It could be a standalone “Pro” app or a beefed-up Final Cut Camera. Either way, it sounds like Apple’s finally ready to treat creators like, well, creators. Another camera button?: Yep, possibly a second hardware button just for camera functions, placed along the top edge. Feels very un-Apple, but if it helps capture that perfect shot faster, I’m not mad about it. Credibility? Meh: The source isn’t exactly Mark Gurman-level, and the story’s already been edited post-publication. But even if just some of it’s true, it shows where Apple’s creative priorities are headed. 👉 Full scoop at iGeeksBlog

Apple just dropped its Q3 2025 earnings, and yep, they crushed expectations. Revenue hit $94 billion, thanks mostly to the iPhone 16 flexing hard. But not every product line had a great quarter, and tariffs are starting to bite again. iPhone 16 breaks records: The latest lineup raked in $44.6 billion, a 13% jump and the best June ever for iPhone sales. It even swept the top three spots in Urban China, which is wild given Huawei’s comeback. Mac and Services stay hot: Macs climbed 15% to $8 billion, and Services hit a record $27.4 billion. iPads and Wearables, not so much. Both saw slight dips, reminding us not everything is riding high. Tariff trouble brewing: Apple ate an $800M tariff bill this quarter, but next quarter it could jump to $1.1B. And if the US slaps a 25% tariff on India-made iPhones? Prices could spike right before iPhone 17 drops. AI spending ramps, slowly: Tim Cook is talking big on AI, and Apple’s building up cloud muscle for Apple Intelligence. But it’s still trailing behind rivals. The big Siri revamp won’t land until 2026. Tariffs, China, and AI delays are real risks, but right now, the iPhone 16 is doing all the heavy lifting. 👉 Full scoop at iGeeksBlog
iPhone 17 Pro Might be Hiding in Plain Sight
A new batch of blurry spy shots has Apple fans squinting at what might be our first look at the iPhone 17 Pro. Is it the real deal, or just clever decoy hardware? Two photos, shared by @Skyfops on X, show a man holding a chunky, cased-up iPhone prototype in Los Angeles. One device looks like an iPhone 16 Pro. The other? Possibly the iPhone 17 Pro wrapped in Apple’s favorite disguise: a bulky black shell. Bulky case, big mystery: The prototype’s thick shell hides most details, but not all. You can still see circular cutouts for the LED flash and LiDAR on the right, hinting at that rumored horizontal camera bar. Gurman weighs in (kind of): Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reposted the images saying, “This looks legit.” No one can tell if he’s trolling or confirming, but the buzz is back. Echoes of past leaks: Everything lines up with earlier rumors — repositioned Apple logo, thinner chassis, anti-glare screen, A19 Pro chip with 12GB RAM, even vapor chamber cooling. Not the first sighting: A similar test device was reportedly spotted in San Francisco earlier this summer. Same thick case. Same evasive Apple security guy. If what we’re seeing is real, the iPhone 17 Pro could mark a pretty bold visual shift. Whether it’s practical or just dramatic flair, we’ll find out soon enough. 👉 Read the full story on iGeeksBlog
Orange Is The New Black (And Blue And Gray)
Apple might be ready to splash some serious color into the Pro line. A fresh iPhone 17 Pro dummy unit leak is showing off a vivid orange model that’s way punchier than anything we’ve seen from Cupertino’s high-end palette. Bolder than the usual Pro: One dummy shows a fiery orange finish that’s probably Apple’s rumored “copper” in testing. If it sticks, it’ll be the boldest Pro color since Midnight Green. Back in black (and white): Black looks even darker this year, white keeps things classic, and both are probably part of Apple’s usual A/B testing game. Gray makes the cut: Gray was rumored months ago, and these dummies confirm it’s still in the mix. A safe bet, but needed for balance. Blue with extra pop: The dark blue version leans deeper than the old Pacific Blue. If lighting’s not tricking us, this might be the best-looking one. If this orange does make it to launch, Apple might finally be ready to let the Pro lineup loosen its collar. 👉 Catch the full breakdown on iGeeksBlog
Foldable iPhone May Skip 2025
Apple’s still months away from dropping the iPhone 17, but whispers about a $1,999 foldable iPhone launching in 2026 are heating up fast. JPMorgan thinks this could be Apple’s biggest hardware shift in years — and it won’t come cheap. $1,999 and crease-free? Apple’s prototype is apparently rocking a 7.8-inch internal display, 5.5-inch outer screen, and a book-style fold like Samsung’s Z Fold. The twist? That nearly invisible crease Apple’s trying to nail. Touch ID making a comeback: Rumors suggest this foldable could ditch Face ID and bring back Touch ID — possibly built into the power button — alongside titanium edges and a Liquid Metal hinge. New iPhone release calendar? Apple might split its iPhone launches starting in 2026. Spring could bring base models, then fall becomes home for Pro and foldables. Weird, but maybe smart. Supplier stocks already surging: Corning and Amphenol are reportedly reaping the early hype, thanks to the foldable’s complex hardware. Meanwhile, Apple’s own stock is lagging. If they actually pull this off, it might be Apple’s boldest move since the notch. 👉 Catch the full breakdown on iGeeksBlog
Apple Did Consider A Front Logo on The New iMac
The clean, logo-free chin on the 2021 iMac wasn’t always a sure thing. A leaked prototype just confirmed Apple toyed with putting the logo front and center — before scrapping it late in the game. Prototype had front logo: According to leaker Kosutami, early iMac prototypes featured the Apple logo on the chin, just like older models. So this wasn’t a “let’s ditch it” decision from the jump. Minimalism wins out: In the end, Apple kept things ultra-clean. The vibrant colors now act as the signature design element, and honestly, it works — especially if you're into that Gen Z no-logo vibe. Rare peek behind the curtain: Apple almost never shows its “what if” designs, so this leak is a fun glimpse into how seriously they sweat these tiny choices. Could the logo return? It’s not impossible. Apple’s always evolving its look. But for now, clean fronts seem to be the new normal. I’ll admit, I kinda miss that little logo peeking out. But this look’s grown on me. 👉 Full scoop at iGeeksBlog
